In tranquil surroundings on a small game farm Buff Lodge is ideally situated only 30 kilometres from East London on the Sunshine Coast just off the Port Alfred road, and 22 kilometres from the airport (approx 15 minutes from the airport to the farm). Transport available on request.

From the R72 - pass the Kidd's beach turn off then turn right onto the R347 (or M25). 1.6k's from this turn off we are on the left. There is an electric gate with a large rock wall with an eagle perched on top of it.

Couples and families only.

Small antelope often graze a few metres from the electric fence, which surrounds the secure accommodation area.

Our self-catering accommodation consists of two well-equipped, freestanding 'Arniston' style cottages with their own private facilities, both sleep 5.  The kitchenettes have a fridge, microwave and all other essentials.

The spacious, modern lodge has 4 comfortable suites all en-suite and fully equipped kitchenettes. All units have their own colour TV. There are spacious recreation areas comprising a comfortable lounge, a sun lounge overlooking the game area enabling one to watch the magnificent sunsets. DStv is available in the attractive TV lounge.

A large thatched lapa overlooks a beautiful mineral spring, which is home to Terrapins and Tilapia. Kingfishers, Cormorants and Herons are a common sight fishing in the spring.

The luxury, large heated spa pool is attractively housed in a glass-enclosed area under the lapa alongside the braai and pub area for long lazy days or evenings.

Only six kilometres away is the tiny village of Kidd's Beach where you can obtain all your essential shopping, or enjoy local restaurants and take some time to browse around the lovely craft shop there. A beautiful beach and tidal pool offer safe swimming or one can enjoy rock and surf fishing all just 6km from Buff Lodge.
